Dental Training
Dr. Bashar Al- Naher Qualified as a Dentist from Guy's Hospital Dental School, University of London with a BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) with Distinction and Honours in 1984.
He has 20 years of experience in all aspects of General Dental Practice including crown and bridge work, dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, root canal treatments and other main treatments in dentistry.
Dr. Bashar Al-Naher also has a diploma in conscious sedation (Dip.Dsed.) from Guy's Hospital Dental School. This has given Dr. B.Al-Naher valuable training in how to deliver pain-free, relaxing dentistry to patients.
Masters Degree
Dr Bashar Al-Naher successfully completed a Masters Degree From University College, London in 2003. His research was based on giving scientific validity to the Enjoyable Dentistry Technique. The scientific results he obtained proved beyond a shadow of doubt that up to 98 % of patients can consistently benefit from pain-free, comfortable and relaxed dentistry and that upto 95% of patients can further experience dentistry that is truly enjoyable.
Training in NLP
Dr.Bashar Al-Naher also obtained Practioner certification in NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming, Masters Certification in NLP, Coaching Certification and Trainer Certification in NLP from California, USA. He has therefore obtained the highest degrees of training in this field. NLP is a branch of Psychology and self-development that gives insight into the best ways to positively influence others and give them the tools and skills to achieve the results they want. His training in NLP has allowed him to master the skill and art of effective communication with people and has enabled him to influence people in such a way as to empower them to achieve higher levels of excellence and achievement in life. NLP has also been instrumental in allowing patients to attain the "Enjoyable Dentistry State" during dental treatment.
Training in Clinical Hypnosis
Dr. Bashar Al-Naher has two diplomas in clinical hypnosis. One of them is from University College London. He has also completed his Masters Degree (MSc.) in Clinical Hypnosis applied to dentistry from University College Hospital, London. Clinical Hypnosis has gained much credibility in the field of treating anxious patients as well as in the field of self-development and self-change. His research project was on the very topic of delivering enjoyable dentistry to patients. His research into and knowledge of clinical hypnosis has also enhanced his ability to make the Enjoyable Dentistry Technique more effective and powerful.
